Why in the heck should you get a astrocartography reading by a professional rather than just use a free online tool?

Let’s start with why to get an astrocartography reading the first place. First of all, it is absolutely cool to see how your birth chart physically behaves on Earth. You can explore what cities will illicit what types of energies, experiences, and themes from your birth chart. It’s wonderful if you’re planning a trip and want to make sure it’s the vibe you’re hoping for, whether that vibe be romantic, exciting, safe, or family fun! It’s even more useful if you’re looking to physically relocate!

But, back to the first question. Why should you get a professional reading with myself or another professional rather than read it yourself? The art of astrocartography is intimately related to the art of reading and synthesizing a birth chart. Put another way, the depth of a person’s ability to read the underlying birth chart is the depth to which the astrocartography reading can apply. This is because, while the map will show you what planetary lines intersect with what cities and each other, that does not tell you much about how those lines actually impact you. A person with an unaspected Pluto in Libra will have a less intense go of a Pluto line intersection than a Pluto in Scorpio conjunct the ascendant will! Such nuances add accuracy and interest to the reading and this allows for a more intuitive and complex understanding of how the astrocartography map may impact you.
